Pet Policy
Our Pet Friendly Policy welcomes dogs and cats with some restrictions for what are considered “aggressive breed” by the housing industry and in some cases, by the insurance industry. Examples of breeds that are not accepted include (but are not limited to) breeds or mixes of breeds such as Rottweiler’s, American Staffordshire terrier, Pit bulls, German shepherds, Doberman pinschers, Belgian shepherds, Min-Pins, Chows, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Dogo argentine, Presa canario, Cane corso, and Tosa inu. We reserve the right to meet any pet before they become part of the community, so please ask before bringing any pet home!
